Bought a Merida Espresso bike online from Surge Bikes It was delivered to Aberdeenshire well wrapped and protected and only required fitting of pedals, setting of handlebars and seat height adjusting. Bike was bought at a good price. I would have no hesitation in using Surge again.

I wanted an ebike to do the school run with my kid. Matt at surge bikes, let my wife and I try a number of bikes at their shop. This was extremely valuable as we are not experienced cyclers and we got to get the feel of the various bikes. We ended up buying a Tern. Surge bikes work with the cycle to work scheme and helped us in the process purchasing it as such. The bike is great uphill and easy to get comfortable with.

Bought my HSD P9 Performance from Surge a little over a month ago. The bike has been brilliant and has genuinely changed my commuting life. The service from Surge was exceptional, I couldn’t have asked for better communication, they were helpful and knowledgeable from the start to the end. I live in Scotland and couldn’t source this particular bike so looked to Surge to help. I was a bit apprehensive about how the bike would be when it arrived from so far and if I could manage to put it all together but I needed have worried, it was packed so incredibly well, I feel it could have survived a hurricane! The delivery guy was excellent and it was a very simple process to to put together and add all the accessories I got with my surge bonus, which I think is the best electric bike bonus out there. Excellent communications and very warm and friendly when I went to pick up the bike. My bike knowledge is limited but the team explained everything brilliantly. Surge Boost is amazing, and meant I was able to fully equip my bike with everything I need to carry my toddler on the back. They even helped me get an extra accessory shipped for a big discount a few weeks after the sale. Can't recommend them enough if you are in the area (I travelled from West London as no one nearby had my bike in stock, and I'm glad I did).
