I was a little apprehensive about buying my Orbea Gain D40 online but I needn't have worried. I am very happy with the bike, Matt checked with me a couple of times to make sure that the size was correct for me. The bike was delivered quickly and very well packaged and I took advantage of the Surge Boost to treat myself to some accessories. I had a couple of problems with setting up the electronic side of things but got plenty of help and advice from Matt & Michael and the problems turned out to be pilot error on my part! Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience from beginning to end. Their expertise helped me to select the right bike and accessories for my needs, taking full advantage of the Surge Boost. They delivered the bike rather than use a courier and provided a full run through of controls etc., which was really helpful.
