I have just purchased an Orbea Rise e bike from Surge . After much research I decided on this lightweight e mountain bike but needed to try it out before investing . Surge are one of the only outlets that allow you to try the bike first . I found the service was first class . I was allowed to try different frame sizes and the guys were very knowledgeable. Not only this but they delivered the bike to my house and spent time setting it up and explaining the Orbea app to me . Needless to say ,I love my bike and have used it every day since . Matt and team did a fantastic job in helping us select our ideal gravel bikes on the phone and referencing the website .. my friend and I chose Orbea Gain bikes, which are a bit hard to find but Matt and team had the right bikes in the right frame size for us. We travelled from South Devon to Bramley to test ride and collect the bikes and were met with great hospitality and lots of friendly advice plus a good deal ! Delighted .. thank you guys !

Ordered a Haibike for my wife , delivered quickly and in the best packaging ever seen , that is how you pack and ship a bike , Perfect condition , plus the bonus of 10% in accessories too Unfortunately , slightly too big , contacted Matt@surgebikes , to return , which was not a problem and the whole process was painless. As an inexperienced cyclist, Matt was very helpful in picking out an ebike for commuting and some casual off-road use. Once the bike in my size arrived, could test it out against another size to absolutely make sure. Some great advice was given and will definitely be back for any future purchases!

We have just bought a Tern GSD S00 cargo bike from Surge Bikes. From our initial enquiry through to taking delivery and assembling the bike our experience has been absolutely superb. Matt has gone above and beyond the call of duty in offering frank advice, answering questions, and identifying solutions. We received regular updates during the time waiting for the bikes to ship to the UK and the level of communication has been excellent throughout. The bike was delivered with a range of discounted accessories. The process of fitting those accessories and assembling the bike itself was made straightforward by the detail and clarity of the information provided in writing and video. Now the bike has arrived we have spent two weeks enjoying learning everything it does.
