After visiting the Surge Bikes store with my parents who both brought ebikes from Matt and seeing the knowledge and level of customer service they received I decided to get my ebike through them as well, rather then with another bike store I had visited. This was not a mistake! We rang on the Friday to enquire about the bike I had seen the week before and went on Saturday to pick it up, even though we rang late on Friday it had been set up and was ready to go. The surge boost is a great offer as it enables you to get the other bits you may need. Matt was really friendly and helpful on our second visit and even though I was already sold on the bike he still gave me the same level of service and knowledge my parents got the week before. I have already recommended Surge Bikes to friends and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them again!

I ordered a Haibike online after speaking to Matt at Surgebikes. It was straight forward the only concern I had was the delivery on a pallet but I need not have worried, the bike came and the way it had been attached to the pallet was brilliant. All I had to do was attach the handlebars and the peddles. Matts attention to detail throughout the purchase was great. When I need anthing bike related I will definitely go back to this company.

We bought two e bikes from Matt and we are very happy with both of them. Matt is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Matt helped guide us patiently to the right bikes and wasn't at all pushy. Would highly recommend. Prices were also extremely competitive.

Ordered an Orbea Gain in August. Due to covid there were delivery delays and Matt kept me informed. Delivery of my specific bike was going to be further delayed so an alternative same spec bike was sourced. I am very happy with the bike and Matt's customer service

Extremely competitive pricing and very knowledgable of the overall eBike market. We arrived from London to look at our options and because it started raining, Matt kindly drove my wife and I back to the local (Bramley) train station! Likewise, very friendly and responsive service that went above and beyond to resolve a Bosch battery issue we had on our Tern HSD. Excellent coffee too (whilst I waited for the free new bike check-up).
