We purchased a couple of Orbea e-bikes from Surge bikes and their service was excellent. The original bike we wanted to order was no longer being made so Matt contacted us to let us know and suggested an alternative which was better then the original bike and turned out to be perfect for us. There was a production delay in the order but Matt kept us informed all the time on progress. On another note the accessories you get, as part of the purchase, are very good. Again Matt provided some guidance on the types of locks as the ones we wanted wouldn't fit my eBike. The service was excellent especially with extra restrictions due to the pandemic.
