Something not quite right
First experience was okay but it went downhill after that. Some issues: 1) was kept waiting for 10 days after paying deposit on the car before it was ready 2) at no time did anyone call me to update me. I had to call 100% of the time to ask for updates 3) on collection I was told there was still an outstanding fault (that had previously agreed to be fixed). Was told it would be remedied in 4-5 days. Two weeks on still not heard anything 4) rang office. Took 2 minutes for somebody to answer. The person looked into my situation and said the outstanding fault was not easily remedied. Was told it would need to be a bigger fix and that she would get back to me same day to resolve. This didn’t happen. 5) at the same time i reported a further problem with the car ( as it under warranty for four months). The salesperson told me she would get the service manager to call me to book it in. This didn’t happen. I have a car with two issues now and time is running out to resolve it under warranty. Frustrated and not happy.
Poor
The car had only one key but we were only told this after we had paid. The sat nav does not work. Despite agreeing with the that the scratches on the rear bumper would be polished out, this did not happen. I have carried out this repair myself. The only positive thing to say is that the cappuccino was good. Oh and by the way, they promised me a full tank of petrol, which I didn't get
Excellent company
We were allowed to view the car without any pressure. Salesman Dave Sherwood was extremely helpful and made the buying process so easy. Would highly recommend buying a car from here.

Excellent company. I wanted to part exchange my late fathers car for another one for my mum & from the first time I spoke to them until the moment I received the new car, Peter the salesperson was polite, friendly, empathetic & very professional. He went above & beyond to assist me. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

I wish I read these reviews before I ever bought my car. I should have known it was too good to be true when someone kept calling me for weeks to come buy a car I found on auto trader! Bravo autos is fraudulent and I hope the law catches up with them real soon. You give people incorrect information just so they can buy your cars. Even the car care plan I pay for is still a scam! Everything about auto bravo is a lie!
Speedy buying process

Bought a vehicle at the end of last…
Bought a vehicle at the end of last year. Took 2 weeks to try and get it delivered. Ended up having to go and collect the vehicle myself. Turned up and there was a service due light on. Was promised a service and now I’m being told they aren’t going to honour it.
Excellent dealership
From initial enquiry, the sales team at bravoauto were very attentive and helpful. All of my questions were answered promptly providing the reassurance needed to make a remote purchase of the vehicle. The handover and p/x process was easy.
