DO NOT USE
Would not recommend using this company. I have had constant issues with them. They are very quick to sell you a car and make sure the car is available quickly but the aftercare is horrendous to say the least. I hope you have months to spare if an issue arrives after purchase as they have no interest in resolving anything. I bought a car from them last year. I found an issue with my wheel alignment and both back wheel bearings needed changed. Upon enquiring with them they sent me over to the warranty department to whom sent me back to bravoauto. It was a lot of back and forth and finger pointing to who would have to pay for the issues. After that despite was eventually decided I booked it in to a garage they approved of and got it fixed, I had to pay upfront and send the invoice over to them and they would reinburse the money. however I had to wait 3 weeks before I recieved the first payment of £300+, then when I got the other wheel bearing fixed a week later again I had to wait another 2-3 weeks for that reimbursement. I sent about 5 emails and phoned several times chasing them up but to no effect (both times) at one point I had £600+ waiting to be reimbursed. Furthermore when I exchanged my old car for the new, they did not change the ownership of my previous vehicle. Therefore I ended up paying for an additional 4 months tax for a vehicle I did not own, again similar issue I contacted them on 25th march regarding the issue and was told that It would be simple to sort and I would get reimbursed the money they cost me.....however this issue is still ongoing (6th may), frequent emails and calls have been made and again to no effect, emails are even being ignored. My question is, what if someone bought said car or went on a test drive and went 90 in a 60mph zone? Would that fine and penalty then come to my license? I am not happy at all.
Awful service and
Upon buying the my vehicle, great service from the sale department, follow up etc is amazing. After care, you might as well forget. Once l highlighted an issue which l was told it will be rectified, that’s when everything went down under. As we speak, l have a defective car which they are delaying to solve the issue and it’s only been 2 months. Calling the dealership is a waste of time as no hasn’t got a clue and all seems to be passing the baton to someone else. To add insult, l spoke to one of the sales persons as l was informed to call the breakdown service even though the issue was identified by one off the counter service dealership, to add insult, l am to wait for a call within 3 days. The above experience with this dealership is half of it, just take my experience into consideration upon buying a car from them.
Truely terrible
Truely terrible. Bought a car for my daughter that was a disaster. Warranty meaningless....then they closed banch within 3 weeks. Avoid ....please !!

No car, no apology, no reason
Booked an appointment on Monday to test drive the car on Thursday morning at Chester. Arrived on time. After 10 mins of waiting was told the car wasn't there. No apology, no reasons, 'but we'll bring it out to the house on Friday or Saturday. I'll give you a ring this afternoon to arrange a time.' ...Friday night still waiting for a call.
Perfect place to buy a second hand car
From our initial dealings with Dave Sherwood at Warrington everything went smoothly, no pressure. When we decided to buy the car, and as it had only just come into the dealership, Dave kept us up to date with all the work that needed doing on the vehicle and sent us lots of video updates which were appreciated. The vehicle needed lots of bits doing to it which Dave sorted no problem and the car looked fabulous when we collected it. The car was a surprise for our daughter and we asked if he could deliver it to our local branch so we could leave it there until the day before which worked out brilliantly. Would not hesitate to recommend or use again. Very pleased with the service received and the vehicle we bought .
Avoid
They sold me a nail that broke after a few months. Most branches of the garages of closed down so they won't be taking in the car you purchased under the extended warranty and good luck finding a garage that will take it to be repaired, they will find a way to get out of your warranty so that they won't foot the bill. Don't bother reading what your warranty covers as they will more than likely not honour it anyhow. Just to help with the sale I'm pretty sure thier coughing, ill employees gave me Covid 3 days after my visit. I even said to my partner "I'm sure they've all got covid in here". My nail of a car cost me £200 to fix, the exhaust scrapes on the floor as its not the correct one for the car and there's an ants nest living in there somewhere. Forget any helpful contact either!
