Won't return my reservation fee
Took my reservation fee, but couldn't actually offer the finance deal their online quote tool gave me, so I withdrew and am still waiting for my reservation fee to be refunded. Escalated to Inchcape, still not return of my reservation fee.

Bought a car from bravo auto shrewsbury and the experience from the start was amazing. John and Ollie were exceptional and I have no complaints, love the car, it was cleaned to perfection. Everything went so smooth. They are not your typical stereotype car sales as in other places I visited (no disrespect to anyone I talk about the minority, there are other hard sales persons). Definitely 100% from us and wouldn't hesitate buying from them again.
A great end-to-end service
I was very pleased with the end-to-end service, from the initial contact with the sales team, to receiving a personalised video of the vehicle, confirmation that service, MOT and cambelt replacement would be carried out prior to valeting and driving the car down to me. Can't fault that service.

I would not recommend
I would not recommend. I purchased a car online. When it was delivered there was paintwork damage on the bonnet which had not been flagged up in the video and pictures sent to me. After several months it has been finally resolved and resprayed. It took a lot of time and effort, I had expected a much better service than I received.
Great advice from a Bravo Auto employee…
Many thanks for John’s advice at the Guildford branch of Bravo Autos. He advised us not to take one of their cars out for a test drive if we didn’t know exactly what car we wanted to buy and that we should go to a main dealer to test drives their cars. I did exactly that and took a Skoda out for a drive on the same day and bought it direct from the dealer. I can only suggest you taking John’s advice and don’t bother visiting Bravo Autos and just buy your next car from a main dealership.

Saw the car on Autotrader and went to view. Nice car. Had no part exchange however they would not budge on screen price Owen was the salesperson I dealt with. The deal went smoothly and fairly seamlessly. There was an annoying lack of communication, however there was a distinct lack of staff which could have attributed to it On the whole a pleasurable interaction
