Left feeling flat after buying my new car.
I paid cash for my Volvo XC40 at the Towcester branch. The salesman gave me the wrong bank account to send the bulk to (£24,000) it went to the company account and not the client account. It took them over two hours on collection day to find it before they would release the vehicle to me. The vehicle hadn’t had its 150 point check. No MOT or service due to staff shortages. I had to go with the salesman to get the vehicle taxed due to no V5 ! How can it not have a V5? On completion of the sale I wasn’t and am still waiting for paperwork completing the sale and receipt of the full amount paid. It wasn’t the expected nice experience of buying a new car one would expect. Very dissatisfied
Brilliant service from start to finish
Brilliant service from start to finish, the guys went those extra miles at bravoauto Shrewsbury to make sure my X5 was perfect on pickup, even though I didn’t see the car until collection, Lee had me fully confident that I was in safe hands and didn’t disappoint, I’m a convert and don’t think I’ll ever buy a car the conventional way again after the easy, stress free experience. Thank you all.
Speak to Uzi, nicest guy ever!
Travelled from S.Wales to view a car found online (Swindon branch), we were instantly greeted but a lovely lad named Uzi, he was so helpful from start to finish, very chilled but professional, polite and a joy to be around. Not at all pushy, made us feel comfortable. Both my husband and I test drove a car which felt like the right car for us but the wrong colour, Uzi tried to find the same car in my preferred colour but also didn't try to sway us to buy a car from him. All the lads were brilliant with the kids too, very accommodating. We haven't decided whether to look for the other colour or go back with Uzi but would 100% recommend him and the branch in general to others.
Still waiting for a deposit to be returned!
I paid a deposit for a car that wasn't suitable. Found another car that took over 5 days to get a video of and had found another car that suited my needs from another dealer, requested my deposit back on the 01st June 2023 and I am still waiting on the 26th June 2023. Be aware if you pay a refundable deposit it will take a long time to get back and you'll have to chase them regularly and be told different stories along the way as to how refunds are handled!

Would be more than happy to recommend Sam from the Bravoauto branch in Norwich. He was helpful every step of the way and it was a very smooth process. I would definitely go back in the future to purchase another car from there!

I went with an idea of what i wanted but the staff at bravoauto was able to make sure i purchased the right car for me. Unfortunately I can only give BravoAuto Guildford one star. It would be none if this site allowed that. I bought a car from them in January 2023. In April it suffered engine failure to the extent that it needed a new engine (Ford Ecoboost 1l engine- wet belt system). I rang BravoAuto and was directed to get in touch with the warranty company (see my review on Car Care Plan…) After weeks with the car off the road as the warranty company decided if they’d pay for the repairs, I rang BravoAuto and spoke to Andy. I asked for a courtesy car. Not only was I refused but I was spoken to in a very derogatory manner when I pointed out that this fault was present at the point of sale so a courtesy car was the least they could do. I was told the fault must have developed since I bought the car. When I pointed out that the nature of the fault meant that wasn’t possible I was then told that in fact he knew nothing about it. By this time I was quite the expert on the degradation of wet belts and how the particles block oil to the engine. After emails back and forth to the parent company, Inchcape, I was eventually offered a courtesy car - after nearly seven weeks with no car. I have never received even an apology from anyone at BravoAuto let alone any help with the costs I incurred in loss of earnings, transport costs and the distress I experienced in the nearly 7 weeks the car was off the road. All I wanted was the use of a courtesy car while the faulty car they sold me was repaired. It would have made all the difference, as would an apology.

Made things easy run smoothly lots of good chat but never over did it as some car salesperson can do and that’s how I liked it Anything I asked was answered of not straight away then very soon after He was great I got a car and I’m very pleased with it and the service I received thanks again to Ryan at towchester

Steve from Crewe really couldn't have been any better or done any more throughout the entire process! From my initial enquiry, sending me a video of the car, being on hand to answer any questions about the car and then when I decided to purchase, from arranging payment of the car and then collecting the vehicle, the entire process felt like I was his only customer. Very impressive and will certainly be contacting him for future vehicle purchases.
