Stops leakage if you have an inactive life style. Playing golf the cuff did not maintain correct position on shaft, swinging and bending down caused the cuff to turn on shaft allowing poor contact with urethra allowing leakage. Tried with power sleeve almost came completely off shaft. Tried tightening the cuff but did not help. have asked for RMA to return but it appears that is being slow walked. Over a week, still no rma. Waiting for 30 days to expire I guess. My true honest opinion.

I have just purchased my third device and am very happy with the product and the excellent telephone or email back up. I find the newest device more comfortable and the power sleeve improves comfort.
