Poor service. No response.

The Company sent me the wrong items. I decided to try them, but they weren't very effective, so I guess I'm stuck with them.

My first one was to large but it was replaced with a smaller one. I have used the new one for two days and lot seems to be working. The company had lived up to their name and I would recommend them to everyone.

Think it would have worked perfect but it is too small.

Cuff works reasonably well. It’s far from perfect but I have to take into consideration that you really couldn’t be more incontinent than I am. Without a device such as the cuff, I would leak over 1,000 grams per 24 hours. My one concern with the cuff is the apparent inconsistency. I can wear it for 3-4 hours with almost no leakage and then leak severely for the next few hours, even though I think I have adjusted it identical to the no leakage period. Finally it normally works best during inactivity and the worst during actives. Conclusion, it’s not perfect by any means but it’s the most reliable product I’ve found.

What you folks failed to mention, about your product, is, it’s a TWO PERSON operation to locate a spot, then lock in the “ring”. It’s fine until you’re in public then the better-half had best have the patience of Job! I’m of course referring to those of us, not, so largely endowed!

It stays on for an hr., then it falls off and urine everywhere.

I had ordered the size small a few months ago and found it very uncomfortable. Thought I would try the medium and found it was successful in stopping the leaking.

The paceycuff taking a little be time to get use to. But it is very helpful in achieving my dayly activities. I found the company very helpful and informative when I first tried using my pacecuff

I ordered two large Paceycuffs, and received one large and one medium. I emailed info, and placed two calls and left messages, but nobody has returned my call. I am quite frustrated.
