not stay on will slip. off with any major movement, also much more expense than most other devices

The Pacey Cuff is a life saver and life giver. I had radical prostrate surgery and was miserable. My future didn’t look good. I researched the Pacey Cuff for several days and then ordered one. It works great and be sure to use petroleum jelly and follow directions.

The people answering the phone were great.Disappointment in the outcome, in continence still very evident.Not comfortable with the urge to constantly eliminate.

That is my current rating. The first one worked well for me but since then y condition has deteriorated, not the product. My next stage is surgery.

I believe it is my fault that it is not working properly for me. I will continue trying to work with it.

Service was very good The size I ordered was correct on the box but the actual size was wrong. When I called they asked a few questions and then shipped me a new one correct size at N/C.

I am totally incontinent and have not been able to find a adjustment on your device that adequately reduces/controls leakage. The whole process is cumbersome. First the power sleeve and then the cuff adjustment is just too much fiddling around. I have used either a cunningham clip or the gezzer squeezer devices over 20 years. While not great they get the job done even when biking or kayaking. Sometimes skin irritation is a problem but I can take a break for a couple of days. Your device seems comfortable but is is bulky and has not done the job for me to this point. I will try it again from time to time to see if i can find an effective sweet spot.

The Pacey cuff works very well. Its a little awkward due to having to use the power sleeve, but it has been very effective for me. It will occasionally slip if you are active or move a certain way, but you can tell and adjust as needed. I have had no pinching problems with it. Blood flow is not affected if you attach it properly. Its easy to use and most of the time you just forget its even there. Its a comfortable and effective tool for controlling this most annoying condition we sometimes find ourselves with.
