The purchase and receipt of the Pacey Cuff went as expected due to covid-19 issues. Once received, it took some getting used to regarding putting in place and keeping it there comfortably (tightness or not tight enough). On thing I do have to say is it does work admirably compared to wearing pads all day and pissing all over myself while working. Also, you should make it noticeable eon your website that your product comes from Canada as it cane as quite the surprise after the item was shipped, not that I mind but transparency these days is a must. Thank you to whoever had this great innovation!

I ordered medium size but it is too big and too expensive to order the smaller size. And it seems awkward and bulky to use compared to the current clamp I am using.

I finally got rid of the clamp, that was a pain in the..... , the Pacey Cuff is great, still have some pinching on the side, but I’ll keep on working on it,thanks for the relief I get,keep up the good work.

It didn't fit. It was cumbersome and didn't work.

The gentleman who took my order was very knowledgeable and informative. I called back after I received the Paceycuff with a question and the lady that answered the phone readily answered my question. I haven't worn it much but so far I am pleased with the comfort and effectiveness-10x better than any other clamp I have tried

If the cuff was somewhat comfortable, there was leakage. If the cuff was tighten down to where there was a smaller amount of leakage, it was very uncomfortable. I'm now using a device that's about a third of the price, yet it's effective and much more comfortable.

I have to be honest with you. Your customer support has been awesome. You have supported me when I called and sent me new products to try. However, I have not used the device for over a week. I was not always able to get a tight-enough fit to completely stop the leaking. As a result, I developed redness and sores that I am now treating with cortisone cream and warm compresses to help the discomfort dissipate. Once that clears up, I may try using the device again. 4-27-2020 update I have started using the product again finally figuring out the proper use of the device and wearing it 6-12 hours per day. It feels great to be dry. The redness and soreness has disappeared and using pertroleum jelly to help prevent any discomfort when i am using the device. Thanks again - John V.

I was really impressed with this design and the concern the Pacey organization had to gain my satisfaction. I had two tries with two different sizes and while I am not giving up, I believe there is a learning curve to make this device comfortable and effective and I am still trying. I have no regrets and would recommend that it's worth a try.
