I have the Pacey Cuff Ultra with the power band. Let me start by stating that the powerband does not work for me. I have not been able to get it positioned so that it does not pinch. I have tried both sizes 2 and 3. The Pacey Cuff Ultra has been helpful in that it significantly slows down the leakage in normal situations. However it is not as helpful in active situations such as playing golf as I would like it to be. I am still trying different positions of the cuff and varying levels of tightness to see if that will help. It is entirely possible that strenuous activities might be a push for the product. I am also concerned about the Velcro strap and it durability. I have had mine for about 45 days and it is showing signs of wear. Even more concerning is the fact that I don't use it everyday. Some re-engineering should be considered for the strap. I bought the Cuff with "active" use in mind, e.g., sports and I am not getting any relief there.

Just an over priced clamp. slips off too easily.

Does not cut off the dripping and pinches the skin. I have tried different settings and sizes and positioned the cuff carefully, but the result is always the same. As a comparison; the Cunningham even though bulkier, works well.

Experienced significant leakage when wearing and able to urinate through assembled device regardless of how tight and well positioned the device was. No injury or pain in any event. Velcro seal came of power sleeve within a week of use.

Nadine was so very helpful with questions I had and got back to me very quickly. I read the reviews on line about Pacey Cuffs outstanding customer service before I purchased, and it is true! The Pacey Cuff could be a game changer for me, I will give it a little more time before I firmly decide.

The cuff is excellent for a normal penis. The Penial pump is not conducive to the cuff. Too much pain
