Think you are out of touch with reality. Measurement part of purchase is totally off. Not even close. My bad for purchase. Will not be back. Mn

It is somewhat difficult to find the right place to wear the Pacey. The way that it is constructed places the tabs that indicate were the Pacey should be placed can dig into the groin. I resolved this item by filing them (tabs) flush with the body of the Pacey and my problem was solved. Thank you for your interest. Respectfully Bernardo (Bernie) Restrepo

Worst 100$ I’ve ever spent. I could design better

This product works well but for active workers it is hard to keep it working thru out the day.

Wish them well. The white outside of the tape has measuring marks .Mine fell off immediately.

By the time I tighten the device to the point where leakage doesn't or rarely occurs, i feel considerable discomfort and swelling occurs. I was expecting more especially for a cost close to $100.00.

I initially had to change the size. With the new size the power sleeve was too small...so I used the previous one. With the new size sometimes it appears to work and at other times not so much. It is probably me...so I am still trying. JLH

I did like the less bulky style compared to the other ones I have tried. I tried this one for over 2 weeks to give it a fair trial and found that strap on the bottom keep moving or slipping and made the adjustments hard to measure. I also found the skin on the penis kept getting pinched. (I have a medium circumcised penis).The strapping and cinching would take longer to secure and more cumbersome compared to the others I have tried. I was in high hopes it would work out but sad to say it did not.

It’s still uncomfortable to wear

The new Pacey Cuff sleeve makes putting on the cuff a lot easier. The cuff works very well in limiting urinary leaks. I use my cuff during the night and while exercising..
