Practice makes it work better.

I paid to move up from small to medium. The straps are longer and easier to use. The power strips are not effective. As soon as they are wet the Velcro fastener falls off. I think they will help if they are more robust. This is about art, not science. It takes practice it get it right and when you do, it works! Not a panacea, but a good step forward. Nadine passes all suggestions to the design team so the weaknesses are corrected. She’s great.

The cuff worked

The cuff worked, however was often uncomfortable to wear. Hard to realign when out in public bathroom. The one benefit I see over other devices is it does not need to be fully removed to relieve your bladder. I will continue to use as it was on the expensive side. But I recently purchased another device to compare.

The CUFF or Clamp device - Always a Compromise Solution

Whether using a Cuff or a Clamp type device the criteria for a satisfactory solution is a careful balance between comfort, blood circulation and stoppage of leaks. Every device available today presents a compromise. Perhaps a multiple device solution is appropriate.I have found the Pacey Cuff to be most comfortable and least bulky. I use it for long bicycle rides while wearing bike shorts or bibs. Although some clamps may seal better during daily use, they are bulkier and far less comfortable. Too tight and they restrict blood flow. The Pacey Cuff requires patience in getting it personally adjusted to you. The upper and lower pads must be properly placed and tightening down to the best adjustment is critical. Pacey Customer Service is outstanding, and their representative will work with you to make the proper selections of product. There are multiple YouTube videos and detailed printed instructions to assist you with the Cuff's proper operation. Give this Cuff a try and see how it may improve your daily routine. If it can help you it's well worth the money. Nothing out there is 100% solution.

This may save my life

This may save my life. It is very small and my fingers are partly crippled. The small version broke after three days so I went up to a medium size. MUCH BETTER. Once I practice I believe this little devil will make a Big Difference. Thank you. Bert

Extremely cumbersome to use

Extremely cumbersome to use. Even when very carefully applied it is not effective at stopping urine leakage. I worked in medicine for 36 years,so I think that I used it properly.

Clamp does almost nothing to restrict…

Clamp does almost nothing to restrict urine leakage. It will require a minimum of 4 pads per day due to leakage. I do not plan to continue using your clamp or purchase additional in the future. I will let my urologist know my dissatisfaction and will not recommended Pacey cuff to anyone. Bill Large
