My small business, sonas, provides one-to-one coaching, corporate training services, and meditation classes. I had previously been using Bookwhen, and customers had challenges navigating the platform; some of the language and the UX flow weren't intuitive. Customer experience is everything — so I'm very happy to have found Simply Book.me, it's got everything I need (and lots of extra features).

Great Customer Service, average Newcomer Friendliness

I love SB.me's Customer Service. They are patient and knowledgeable, which are of course essential characteristics. Yet, as a newcomer, I have found setting up my page less intuitive than I had hoped. I am an independent teacher, and as such, much less versed in building a website and considering which features to use, and how to use them, than I am at teaching. In other words, more step-by-step assistance for newbies might be desirable.

SimplyBook.me has changed out business…

SimplyBook.me has changed out business in that the effort required to arrange appointments and quote customers has been reduced to minutes, not hours. It is a seamless process out customers love. The only help center and chat services are exceptional. I have found the response times to be quick, should you be cut off, an email is sent. The team are always able to assist and the information is relevant.

The staff/support agents are always…so kind, knowledgeable and willing to help without hesitation.

The staff/support agents are always helpful. Their documentation and resources go above and beyond every other calendar system. This is top-notch! Alex was my agent today answering my quick question, and he is so kind. Every time I ask they are so nice and extremely helpful. The software is amazing and offers so much for users to save time, streamline their business, and automate many many elements of a business. I can't rave enough about this business! There are tools for everything you could imagine.

I had changed my booking system from…

I had changed my booking system from Calendly to SimplyBook.me as I am trying to grow my business and found that Calendly was limited and the user interface could do with a lot more options. I had tried SimplyBook.me and loved that they had lots of options, however it did feel as though with some of the custom features you would have to enable one or two others in order to use that feature to its full capacity which unfortunately did use all of my available enabled features. This is a great booking system with plenty of function and the customer service team are very helpful. 4 stars as there could be more improvement, would give 4.5 if I could.
