This company has got everything right in my short experience with them. They have knowledgeable people to actually speak to and their comprehension of English is commendable. So far they have gone above and beyond to assist in the business requirements and I'm excited about how it will revolutionize the business in a positive way. I would definitely recommend them.

I HONESTLY DO NOT KNOW WHERE TO START!! We took out an account in August last year for our business. Thinking they were reputable it's been one disaster after another that has lost our business money. When you try and get help and proper support you are fobbed off with excuses. In total we lost about £400 in bookings and paid them for the pleasure! Do yourself and your business a favour and go with a booking system provider/website that actually cares about you. The fact they have a facebook group full of confused users says it all really! WILL NEVER RECOMMEND OR TOUCH THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

We've been using Simplybook for our Chinese Medicine practice for almost a year now. We're very happy with this system, we used a different one before this and appointment making has become a lot easier and more tidy. The system itself is user friendly and integrates well in our own website. It is also easy to use and looks good for the customers. The reminder mails are adjustable. The tutorial videos are not great in my opinion, so I have had to reach out to their customer service because of that on several occasions. Luckily, the customer service is pretty good and responsive, which is a big plus. There are great extra options to use, but there could be more practical options, like turning off reminder e-mails for selected customers or the option to turn off only external bookings for example. It would also be great if it were possible to buy extra options without having to upgrade the plan. Overall, we're satisfied and will continue to use it!

This platform is particularly useful for someone who has different product offerings that are schedule-based. I looked at practically all of the other schedule platforms available, and this was the only one with all the features I needed to make a seamless customer journey from Instagram to the booking site. Bonus points for their video tutorials. They really help a total newby set the site up. My only constructive criticism would be that the product description font formatting is buggy, sometimes changing the fonts mid-paragraph. Particularly when using bullets.

I was trying to do something that was difficult and the chat agent stayed in the chat with me despite LONG pauses in my responses to him. He finally found me a solution that worked and the service is really just fantastic.
