i dont recommend it. i woke up one day, they stopped my package, said now their prices increased and they changed features and instead of me paying for 19 USD i had to pay 60 EURO. they never sent an email, never alerted me, when i spoke with them they couldnt even forward or mention the date of the email that went to me.

Simplybook me has a chat support live that answers questions and sends you links right away. This is particularly helpful to understand the booking system. Also they have very good YouTube videos that show you many of the features of the booking system

Excellent customer service: fast and thorough response time; friendly and warm; and a real wo/man, no bot. Website features are advanced yet easy to understand and follow. Would love however if clients didn't have to sign up for an account to book an appointment. Otherwise would be 5 stars.

We are using the platform for a demo day solution for our multiple-bike fleet. The platform takes a bit of time to learn the ins and outs but if used regularly it's pretty straightforward and a really great way to have a lot of different events with multiple booking options. The support team are always on hand to help and have never left me with a problem unsolved.

I have a cleaning business, we tried acuity, setmore and although these are fantastic softwares and very innovative they would not work for this business model, simplybook.me has a lot more customisation available to help it fit your business model
