I was a little confused myself and my husband sent the same flowers for two separate receivers the letter box peonies however the bunch I send contained roses whereas his bunch looked as expected

The flowers were not accompanied by the card I had chosen or a message so the recipient had no idea who had sent them!! Very disappointed.

I’ve been getting deliveries of flowers for 3+ years. Initially it was great, lovely flowers & prompt delivery. After a spell of really bad hay fever I asked for no lilies. It all went down hill after this, not so happy with the substitute flowers and unreliable delivery. I complained and received an assurance this wouldn’t happen again. I reduced the frequency and the service has been poor, this month my bank account has been debited, but I’ve had no flowers or delivery notification. Upon contacting them for a refund, they have agreed to this however I’d have expected an apology within the email. This is a great concept with a lovely product, sadly their administration is letting them down.

My daughter loves her Freddies gift I sent. She said they were so colourful and fresh with many beautiful flowers making up the box. She contacted me an hour after receiving them to say that her room was full of their perfume. She was one happy lady. Always a joy to send and a real bonus to receive. Easy to order and flowers you can trust.

Love the flowers, but so disappointed they were not delivered on the correct date (after contacting Freddie’s Flowers) got an upgraded bunch delivered 2 days later. Don’t quite understand how flowers ordered 2 days before cannot be delivered on correct date. Competitors can.
