Wonderful customer services. I’ve had a handful of small issues of the years of using them and every time they have been resolved so quickly and everyone I have spoken to has always been incredibly friendly. Beautiful flowers!

Did not receive the flowers. Emailed to ask for an update, no response. Money left my bank account and got a confirmation order, no further update since …. Very disappointed

Freddie’s Flowers most of the time have beautiful arrangements of flowers… sadly because everything has gone up in price, I can only afford to get them once awhile.

The flowers looked lovely (and a lot of them) but I had found I had been charged twice. I emailed freddies flowers and they very quickly replied and refunded a payment.

Always beautiful flowers and stunning arrangements with easy to follow instructions. I feel they’re great value for money as they usually last around four weeks.
