Worst online retailer experience. The product page that I ordered from said my item would ship the same day. It's now been 10 day, and I have not gotten a REAL update. I was told that it was processing, that it was with the shipping department, the same things others have been told on here, yet nothing has changed. The tracking number I was given was bogus, because nothing is attached to it. I've worked in retail before, I know that you can input an address to make it "appear" as if items are shipping, but the customer doesn't get any information until USPS receives/scans the items. Since my order has not been packaged it's not going to track. I get the same person every time I reach out, and she's never able to give me anything more than a programmed response.

I was very happy with the service. They have many products/inventory to chose from. Super fast delivery. Great customer service. Larissa helped me with my rewards. I was grateful to her!

Just made an order 8 days ago but when I tried to get in contact with customer service the person I spoke with was rude and very condescending and rep spoke to me like I was dumb... Thing is I spend a lot of money with them this is the first time someone has been this rude to me

I wasn't even going to do this but one of Ebonylines' Daejonna D keeps reaching out to me after giving her employee a bad review. She has called me names said she was going to have me looked at as a fraud to the review company. I told her not to reach out to me anymore but she keeps on. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever encountered. I wish they would have put this much energy in to getting my wig replaced.
