Ebonyline is bogus

Ebonyline is becoming more and more bogus as they try and keep up with demand… Search on YouTube, you’ll see what I mean… Anyways, as I’m typing this email, it is 1/11/23. I reached out to their customer service to inquire on a purchase made on 1/6/23. All I wanted to do was get an update on my order, so there was no rush. Well unfortunately, Im here to report the unit and color I purchased is actually out of stock, per Ebonyonline staff... Instead of updating the site to reflect this, you can actually still purchase the unit… Like literally right now(today)… You will see the unit and said color with a tag of ‘2-4 days’. What’s 2-4 days you ask? Heck I don’t bc at this point 2-4 days could mean anything…! But per Ebony staff, the claims are the 2-4 days is a delay from manufacturer… But remember she/he whomever stated in the beginning it was out of stock right? A bit fishy right? Or how about it ain’t there Otis!! All I know is for me, I never actually received my units anytime this 2-4’ days dilemma happened, so there’s that and buyer beware. Also, I can recall emailing them about an account issue, back to back 3 times and no one replied…Like I guess you all just said F this lady… So that’s why I say buyer beware, bc they’re not helpful and will take your money and not deliver… Funny how this same week I saw Kharizma, a fellow synthetic wig enthusiast swear by never buying from them again bc she never received her unit and folks in the comments backed up what she said along with other complaints about their shopping experience with Ebonyonline. And you know what’s even funnier? They’re super consistent with putting out content on YouTube but inconsistent in providing a good shopping experience for their customers. Don’t buy into the hype of their videos like I did, otherwise you’ll be let down… Third time is a charm and I now know better. All in all, I just recommend truly Investigating these wig companies before purchasing. However ,this is the only synthetic wig company I’ve experienced these problems with.

My first time buying from the company I was scared because I had my money stolen by other companies.My wig came in on time and very nice.I put the wrong zip code and emailed them it got fixed thanks I be buying more from the company.

You can't trust them or their website!

You cannot trust their website with your financial information. A website glitch created 3 orders in my name and CS gave me the hardest time with refunds even though I emailed them right away (within their policy deadline). I had to deal with an illiterate and lying rep named Daejonna and then a deceitful manager named Ellie before I just went through my bank and successfully got my money back. Months prior this experience I had received my usual wig only the quality had greatly deteriorated and I returned it as it looked terrible. This company is going downhill. Beware. They also offered me 300 bonus points to leave 5 star reviews across various websites which I refuse to do.

Great online service and communication which is hard to find these days. Daejonna was very polite and helpful. She was prompt in getting back to me and answered all of questions. I will continue to use Ebonyonline.

Best selection of wigs

Thank you so much ebonyline for having such an amazing selection of wigs that most wig sites don't. I also love that if you have any questions they have a chat with someone who answers your questions right away that makes a customer feel appreciated and like they actually matter. Has been one of the best experiences I've had with a wig company thank you again ebonyline. I would definitely recommend ebonyline.
