Very Disappointed!!

Very Disappointed! I made an order on Dec 20….it is now Jan 30 & my items still has NOT shipped. I have contacted them numerous times via email with no response. I even asked for a refund since my items has not shipped…..no response. Yet they have nerve to asked me to give them a 5 rating? If you want customers to give you a 5 rating then why not give the best customer service you can. Communication goes a long way. I’m an understanding person but when you don’t even contact me with an update or respond to my messages then that upsets me. I will not be supporting this company ever again.

Worst online beauty supply

I have been waiting on my order for to ship for longer than a week. I’m sending emails but is being told items will ship in 24-72 hours. After 3 days pass, I send another email and get the same generic response. I will never order from here again. Sorry, poor customer service. Can’t guarantee a shipping date. Ordered from Wigtypes.com and my order will be here today when I just ordered yesterday. Don’t buy from this company. YouTube influencers have warned against using this company for several reasons. Lesson learned! NEVER AGAIN. Spend your money where you’re appreciated as a customer.

I contacted ebonyline because I wasn’t able to track my order yet. All that means is it hadn’t shipped yet. I know that now because of the five star treatment Mahaz gave my question. This is my first time ordering from ebonyline but I know folks that love them.

I have been waiting for my order for 2…

I have been waiting for my order for 2 weeks. I keep emailing and I keep getting excuses. All Larissa says is that it is waiting in the shipping department and have a nice day. I was actually asked to give a positive review. How can I do that if I don't have what I ordered!
