I had an issue with the color availability on one unit. I did all my corresponding with Dejonna D. She navigated the entire steps promptly and issued the options. I ordered a different unit in substitute it was slightly higher and she was able to apply the minimal additional amount.. I am very pleased. The thoroughness of the agent was impeccable. Frauding and Scamming
Oh man, I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order. I’ve been ordering from this company since 2006 and have never seen anything like this. I placed an order online on November 18th. They didn’t give me an order number. Took my money out of the bank on November 19th. So I called and the mailbox was full so I emailed them and told them, gave them my name and address and copy of bank statement where they took the money out and then on November 28th Daejonna D emailed me and said my order was with there shipping department and I would be receiving shipping information within 24-72 hours. I waited 4 days emailed her again off of the email she sent me and she needs an order number which they didn’t give me so now I have to go to my bank tomorrow because this clearly seems to be fraud and a scam. So unfortunately I will have to find another company to buy from.
