This company needs to up their game in professionalism. They don’t have the correct color swatches, they’re hard to read so when you order of course you order the wrong color. They make you pay for shipping and then take it out of your refund even after you reorder another wig which now you’ve paid three times for shipping. The only good thing is they do hv beautiful wigs. Other than that I would purchase elsewhere. They aren’t passionate about their service at all and are rude in speaking to you on the phone in the past. The only reason I even deal with them is bc they’re not in China. They asked me to write a positive review, I would if I could. Get your act together, your site together and I will write a positive review. I suggest all those numbers for hair color please have the information on a color chart to tell us what they mean so we don’t order the wrong color. Have a better return system and do what you say you’re going to do. Because their are options, we may pay a little more but at least we won’t be treated shabbily.

I have ordered several times from Ebonyline and I have to say they are quick with mailing my orders and their customer service is great. This most recent order was slightly delayed. When I called to inquire about the delay, Michelle let me know the hair I ordered was quite popular and the amount I wanted couldn't be sent all at once and they didn't want to piece mill my order, apologized and assured they were getting more that day and my order would go out that day. Honestly, the delay was like 2 days and thankfully didn't affect my hair appointment.
