After my existing QNAP NAS failed on me, I needed a quick replacement. I ordered one from SPAN.COM on a Friday and it was delivered the next day. Excellent service and the new device has 3 years warranty.

The SPAN.COM website is awful. It's clunky, confusing and it's difficult to know if you've selected the right thing; the user experience is appalling. However, everything else is great. I nearly gave up and purchased elsewhere, but persistence pays off. Clearly they are experts at data storage, not web design. I bought a NAS from them with RAM upgrade and hard drives. Firstly, they were competitively priced. Secondly, they offer the free SpanStor service which for me included RAM installation, hard drive installation, system installation and testing. This meant it was far less likely anything would be dead on arrival and I could get up and running much quicker. Lastly, the order arrived promptly, was well packaged and exactly as ordered. So, in conclusion, it was worth persisting with the ordering process and I would buy from them again. With a website overhaul, focussing on user experience, they'd get 5 stars.

On the lookout for a new NAS server, I thought I'd done my research and made an order on the website. Unfortunately I found something better on their website and changed my mind soon after. Despite the hassle, the sales team kindly helped every step of the way in ensuring my new order was met and ensured that I'll be receiving it even sooner than I'd anticipated. First class service ordered the TS-453D ,ordered on the 23rd had the hdd's fitted and configured they said it would be 3 days 10am the 26th its at my door.The price for the NAS was cheaper than anywhere excellent service would definitely recommend
