Order-fulfillment is below par: as a citizen of the EU, living outside GB, I ordered a new NETSTOR product. This item requires an EU electirical plug different from the UK style plug. Both on the product page and on the comment space allowed in the online ordering, I explicitly chose (and requested) an EU plug. Guess what I received? Yes, an UK electrical plug! Lesson for me: avoid this shop in the future.
