The Span representative, Paywand, was extremely helpful and gave me a lot of advice over the phone. He also helped me to find a cost-effective solution and steered me away from expensive 'extras' that I did not need (e.g. ssd cache and additional memory). The NAS was set up ready to go and delivered a mere 2 days after the order was placed. It was very well packed indeed and worked well straight out of the box. It is unusual to find this level of service anywhere and I am very pleased to recommend this firm to anyone with an interest in buying a NAS or finding out more about the subject. Very well done!

Ordered a Qnap TVS-872 NAS with 8X Seagate HDD and 2 Seagate SSDs. It was sitting on my desk in Ireland by Wednesday morning with disks fully installed and configured. I immediately had a support query (unneccessary as the info was on the packaging slip) which was answered within minutes. Excellent service, great price, and a smooth purchase.
