Initially I thought I had asked for next day delivery, however on questioning I was told it would be far more expensive, and after several exchange of e mails I accepted that I would have to wait over the weekend before delivery - BUT what actually happened was it was delivered next day

Some first class help from Lucas on my recent NAS purchases and some prior information from him which helped me with a NAS that had failed out of warranty. The outcome was a brand new NAS from the manufacturer. So well done and thank you Lucas. I Would recommend. (and I don't say that very often).
