Span and NASCompares helped me such a lot in deciding what NAS to purchase and even advice on its configuration for my usage. Furthermore, they are able to completely set up a box to a customer's requirements at no extra charge. I partially did this by purchasing a memory upgrade. I had hard drives and SSD cache already. The price was very competitive and I had the feeling I was dealing with a "computer" seller and not someone who sells washing machines, TVs etc and does not understand anything but the basics about computers.

Despite my desired product being on a slow boat from Taiwan, which is not surprising in these times, SPAN was most helpful and when it did arrive it was well packed and definitely worth the wait.
