I came across SPAN.COM through their YouTube channel and not knowing much about NAS systems, I found their YouTube videos very educational. The main reason I contacted SPAN.COM was that they offered more than just the NAS unit. According to their website they offer: • Pre Sales Expert advice! • Compatibility Checks • Your Apps pre-installed and configured • RAID setup/ NAS & HDD Stress Test • After Sales Support Included! After contacting their pre-sales team, I would agree that they provided me with expert advice and through many emails, a phone call, email specifications with quotes, and extended warranty advice, I ordered my first NAS product. After my payment, I received prompt emails in relation to the processing of my order and dispatch/delivery dates. The NAS system (boxed unit) arrived inside another larger cardboard box surrounded and protected by aero beads. After having some difficulty logging into my NAS system I contacted the sales team and was provided with passwords and setup instructions. I later discovered that the password information sheet was also included in the box but was covered with aero beads. After logging into the NAS system I can see that the apps are pre-installed, and I can now focus my energy on learning the NAS interface instead of wondering about the initial set up. Next day delivery of the drives I wanted, and at a price I am happy to pay! Packing could have been more secure, but DPD re-sealed the box, and goods arrive undamaged, with no lost items, and within the delivery time slot. Very happy with my purchase

NAS delivered on time, however I wasn't fully aware that the memory was upgraded instore. On discovery I was surprised the original memory was not sent to me, and I had to chase this up twice. Otherwise I woudl have given 5 stars.
