Excellent Service Excellent Advice

Lucas was extremely helpful in guiding me to the QNAP NAS drive I purchased. He asked me my requirements and did not attempt to upsell me for features and extras I didn't need. Span also provide a free build and test, which was useful as the drive worked without me having to set it up and get it working. Lucas also provided a number of very useful links for software which related to setting up my MAC to work with the NAS. He kept me informed throughout out and contacted me to check if everything was working.

Lucas Okrasiak was so helpful on getting me my SSD drives and followed up to make sure i got em, i purchased 8 more. Never seen such hands on help. Thanks
