Excellent first customer experience. Ordered internationally from Dubai, fast delivery and resonable shipping cost. I really appreciate the broad set of products on offer (including hard to find specialist parts) that are not available locally. Being able to buy ex VAT (as a non-EU / UK resident) and settle the import duty locally worked well. Will definitely buy again from SPAN.

It’s my first foray into NAS, so I needed some advice and a great product at a great price. SPAN.com exceeded all my expectations. Not only did they offer the combination of NAS and disks at a great price, they also built and tested the entire system. The solution was delivered on time and was really easy for me to install, as they had done the RAID build for me. Thanks SPAN. I can wholeheartedly recommend them.

If I could rate them 10/5 I would, absolutely fantastic service. I'm new to the nas world, so I spent plenty of time researching what would be suitable for my needs which were mainly just a safe backup and being able to access files from multiple devices. After finding a video on youtube, showing a fantastic explanation to RAID systems in 4 minutes, which gave me the impression he knew what he was on about with it all being explained off the top of his head. With that I found span.com, and the countless good reviews. Found the NAS I desired to find they could even set it up how I wanted with the hard drives I wanted. Two days later its dispatched and at my doorstep within 24hrs via DPD. Plugged it in and off I went with absolutely no hassle at all. Fantastic service by both Span.com and DPD. Will certainly use them again. Thank you!
