Just bought a bunch of Seagate enterprise drives for one of my RAIDs. They didn't have quite enough of that model in stock, to dispatch immediately but they ordered extras and it only took an extra day or so. The guy handling my order - Lucas Okrasiak - was terrific and kept me fully informed on the status of delivery. Pricing was also very competitive and I've confirmed the drives are new (be wary of OEM versions sold cheap on other sites like Amazon - they don't come with manufacturers warranty). Span are my go-to company for Storage, and this underlines why.

I was unsure about which SAN to get to store my growing collection of Photos, Videos and documents. I have an Old Plasma TV so wanted to have an HDMI connection to that TV to use for Multimedia playback as well as a smart TV, desktop PC, Laptop and Mobile Phones. I found some very good reviews and demonstration Youtube clips on their web site which were fantastic in helping me. The ordering process and delivery was very efficient. I am now set up and enjoying my new QNAP TS-512D in less than a week.

Excellent communications & quick delivery

I have been in touch with Span for several months (Lucas) waiting for this item (Synology 420+) to become available. Lucas finally advised that they had a couple of units a day or two ago and I placed an order - received this morning. In terms of help, delivery etc. all first class. Only gripe is not being able to buy additional RAM as I didn't buy the HDDs from them but, hey, this actually saves me money!

Great service from browse to purchase to delivery. Took a little while to decide what to purchase as they had a great selection, even down to the variety of options for the model I narrowed it down to. When the NAS arrived everything was packaged perectly, was pleased to see that they use the biodegradable packing peanuts to provide protection in the box. Would definitely purchase from Span again without hesitation!
