Great support! Easiest way to get a fully configured and built NAS safely to my door, in the knowledge that much of the hard work is already done for me!

Product is great and shipping was fast. I noted to have raid5, but it was installed with raid6. I could not find any note (might be that it was somewhere I did not find?), but the password of NAS was changed from default to "password". That took quite long time to find out.. But overall the title tells the truth, just some fine tuning.

Lots of pre-purchase questions answered with patience and speed. Ordering was easy and the correct items were delivered and the delivery was on time in a well packed box.

Great experience to buy - configuring the NAS with Lucas by E-Mail was almost like phoning him up at any day of the weak and any time of the day - I think I never waited more than 5 minutes for a reply. Yes, I could have saved 5-10% by buying each component (NAS, Drives, Expension card, NVME Cache) at the lowest cost source but a) would have been a nightmare given the originally selected NVME drives turned out incompatible and b) this way the NAS arrived fully assembled and tested with RAID set-up. So rather than having the NAS configuring&verifying drives for 2 days, I had everything up and running in 5 hours.

I placed my order due in large part to the prompt response that I received from Lucas on a question of shipping. The NAS arrived within a few days (US). The price was also better than other online sellers.
