An excellent company with great support! I bought my first QNAP NAS box (TS-253 Pro dual bay) from them over three years ago and until recently the only problem I had was a failed WD HD which Western Digital replaced under warranty. A month or so ago the second drive failed (out of warranty). I bought a new identical WD RED drive from SPAN. At first I though it was also faulty, which SPAN replaced without hesitation. As it turned out my TS-253 Pro had developed a fault with one drive bay (possibly killed when the second of the original WD drives failed) and not the replacement drive which was probably fine. SPAN's support throughout this was excellent in helping me diagnose the root problem and I bought a new TS-251+ (from SPAN) to replace my faulty TS-253 Pro. Again SPAN's support was excellent in giving the best options and advice on how to get everything up and running on my new QNAP using my existing hard drives without losing data. Excellent company and wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.
