Great service just limited by very poor courier service by TNT. Would have been nice if they could have responded to my queries regarding where my package was. They did initially but then that disappeared and I was left thinking my package had been lost despite slowly progressing to my destination but with zero updates on TNTs online service except "your package has been delayed." and no one at TNT wanted to speak to me or knew anything when they did.

I had previously communicated with Lucas with regards to the suitability of a QNap NAS for my requirements and he was an absolute star to deal with. In the end I purchased the device from somewhere else since it was on sale, however I did purchase 3x 4TB WD Red's from Span and they were delivered rapidly and with perfect packaging to protect the goods. No issues at all and Span will be kept in my bookmarks folder as a company to constantly check for new products.

Prompt delivery when items are in stock. Clear communication about order status and expected stock when items are back ordered. Items are carefully packed and delivered in good condition. I wouldn't risk using anyone else. There have been nightmares - but not with SPAN.

Products were easy to pick on Span's website, which has lots of useful info to help you understand the specs and features.
