Fantastic custome support

I'm in America and have been putting together a new computer system by ordering parts from a bunch of high profile web sites. I ordered a NetStor thunderbolt 3 storage enclosure from one of them and they claimed to have 2 in stock, but a few hours after I ordered, they told me the part would be unavailable for almost a month. I started doing some more investigating and found Span. I was a little reluctant to order internationally, but the price was almost the same as the American web sites and the reviews for the business were great. It was the last thing I ordered and had the furthest to travel, so imagine my surprise when it was actually the first thing to arrive! I'm really impressed. Great job!

Ordered a Synology NAS (populated with HDDs) - Span being one of the official Synology suppliers. The ordering process was easy, with good communication letting me know when the NAS was being built and tested then despatched. The NAS arrived when expected, was well packaged to avoid damage and had been configured as I had specified when ordering (Span allow you to say how you would like the RAID setting up). All in all, a great experience. Even the price was better than I could get if buying the parts seperately, and it beat the prices of the usual specialist and stores like Amazon. I really can't say anyting negative about the experience.

I wanted to buy a very expensive product with which I was not familiar. I was able to talk to a real human on the phone who answered my questions carefully and thoughtfully. Lead time on the item was a week; I received an email immediately I placed the order with an expected delivery date, a further email when that date shifted by a day, and an email the night before the delivery happened. What could have been a fraught experience turned out to be an easy and pleasant one. Thank you Span !
