Outstanding. Nothing less. Really pleased. Lucas made the purchase simple with great insight. A very worthy upgrade going to a 10GBE QNAP 16 drive NAS and 10GBE. The difference in speed is huge. The equipment has offered security, self-management software, tonnes more space, an intuitive interface and most of all peace of mind. My business can now offer my clients new solutions when exchanging data safely. I had an idea of what I wanted to do, the new relationship and solution have generated new possibilities. I haven't looked back since making the jump. Go Raid 5 and Raid 6 (read speed and backup), and some SSD's to the Qnap 1635AX and you have a brilliant data solution. I moved up from another brand... the cost and what was on offer was appealing size, processor, ram, build quality), then you find out all the other options... amazing. Lucas can put together a package of drives (Iron Wolf), NAS and Qnap 10GBE cards for a direct workstation. 10/10.

Bought two 12 TB hard discs as new. Delivery was very good. I am deducting one star for description because the anti-static packaging on both had been opened, making them at best B-condition. However, they tested perfectly and showed run-time of close to zero (the actual run time was about the same as the self test time, so possibly they had in fact never been used); no reason to return them.
