This company used to be 2nd to none and because of this I have been ordering from them for years but not anymore. My last experience was very bad where they messed up my order, delivering an unconfigured NAS, which I had to waste a day setting up. Further more I noticed that 8 gig of my 16gig of ram was missing and found the Synology ram half in the slot, meaning span.com didn’t even check the unit was good to go. On top of that they’d installed one 500gb ssd as cache when I explicitly requested 2 250gb m.2s to enable R/W caching so I had to buy another m.2, from Amazon this time. I reported this back to Span.com and got some pointless excuse(s). Not even a complimentary voucher! I will always go through Amazon in future. Bye bye Span.com. You are the weakest link!

I’ve now purchased two QNAP products from this company and their service has been excellent. Ordering was super-easy and email confirmation of delivery and regular updates on expected delivery times was very welcome. Finally, both items were very well packed and arrived safely.
