ordered Synology DS218 NAS. Company kept me up to date with my order delivery times and e-mailed me with quicker options. Option to give 200 word delivery instructions which is helpful. Product arrived on time and very well protected in its packaging. NAS pre set up by Span which is handy for us less tech minded, and you can pre choose your RAID configuration. Now up and running with my large music library all transferred for a start. Drives working with no problems. Advise that before buying/using a Synology NAS you watch and absorb their excellent you tube vids. Makes a real difference later. Very happy customer

I rang up to change the order slightly which meant stopping the packing/shipping mid flow, authorising the difference in price and crediting that back with no problems (for me!) Proving a great service and yes still had next day delivery thank you.

This NAS works well although the software, Cloud Station Backup, eats processor time. Have disabled this. Delivery from Span was quick and efficient. No complaints. Would definitely use again.
