Excellent service ! Ordered via Web, the delivery time was clearly communicated and the parts arrived on time as expected :-) Great for delivering the all important disk drives for a migration of my Workstation to a RAID 5 Disk environment.

Be warned, when choosing the option to make an international bank transfer, they ask you to pay their fees which is against European law since January 2018 and therefore impossible to do with most banks. I was therefore confronted with a delayed order, which was communicated very poorly and blaming me to do things wrong or talking to the wrong person. After discovering that this law existed and that it basically was their fault for not adding costs to the order in the first place they went silent. No reply whatsoever. The product is good, no complains there but the sales and aftersales of this company is absolutely terrible.

Fantastic service from Paywand Omer at Span.com providing me with numerous quotes for different configurations of a Synology NAS and went out of his way to check alternative stock options when my desired configuration was not available. They also offered advice that the SSDs I wanted would probably be overkill for my purposes so was able to save some money by downgrading my specs. I was able to get my Synology product delivered the next day despite the fact that it was getting quite late in the afternoon. The RAM upgrade that I requested came pre-installed for convenience. Really pleased with the customer service and product and would recommend them to anyone.

Paid for a Saturday delivery but SPAN put the wrong delivery label on the package. Now expecting it on Monday. Wasted the weekend.
