Following a painless ordering process, the NAS was delivered fully set up and configured as promised.The highlight for me was everything appropriately (superbly) packaged for courier transit. Installation was simple and after a couple of weeks everything is working as expected. Will definitely use SPAN again.

Rapide et fiable!

I placed an order on their site and they shipped a different product to the one which was being advertised. When I complained their response was that they would update the website to show the actual product they were selling, apparently completely oblivious to the fact that I might actually not be happy to receive something different to what I ordered...

Very knowledgeable staff answering my pre-sale questions. Questions were quickly answered via chat. Delivery was exactly as promised, nicely packaged. The only gripe was the non-swiss plug (EU-plug was included). But since the product uses standard C12/13 plugs I just swapped these out.

One of those rare occasions where enthusiasm and professionalism meet. Span has an excellent service and amazing selection of HW in the storage/NAS area as well as great support. Order arrived before estimated date, good communication throughout and very happy they re-used another exterior box (not the product box the delivery/parcel box). As soo many companies waste money on overly branded boxing. Item was very well packed inside.
