I was looking for a NAS to connect and share files between two countries. The Span YouTube videos convinced me these were the people to buy from. The NAS arrived all set up and with a little input from me all is working fine.

Unhelpful customer service here - took 5 weeks to get a refund for an uncontested issue - had to approach the director to get it resolved. When the refund came it was short, and made by PayPal so I had to pay to receive it. Not large sums of money involved, but it didn't give me a warm feeling about the company and it's customer care.

Videos on youtube are great, decent unbiased and technically deep. Led me to pick the right NAS, ordered with upgrade and RAID setup done for me. Worked perfect out the box and followed more videos to get it working how I wanted. Decent price, fast delivery. Would definitely use them again

He recommended me other useful ideas. Very quick to respond to emails and answered my questions with the appropriate technical detail.
