We did not receive a traceable cert. I tried calling for corrected cert, sat on hold for 10 minutes and then left a message. Ending up sending e-mail to get corrected cert which we still have not received and was told it would take 3 days to get a response.

Unsatisfied Customer

Sky Geek Delivered the wrong sealant compound. It took over a week to get the replacement sealant and it was the same wrong material as the first delivery. Corrective action: Your shipping department must actually read and verify the specification number because the different product packaging looks similar. Maybe a reading comprehension test at hiring. We are a manufacture company that relies on our vendors to deliver materials as promised and paid for on time. We have used Sky Geek for three orders and you have failed miserably 1/3 of the time. These were small orders so the monetary value is not as important as the fact you can't get us the product we ordered. We will most certainly not be buying expensive material from you. This type of sealant is readily available from other vendors also.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I put in an order after hours, but I need the item to ship out ASAP. I called the next morning and spoke with customer service. I explained my urgent need, and they told me that they would waive the Same Day Shipping fee to help me out, but shipping the item same day....THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

Purchased product from Skygeek on…

Purchased product from Skygeek on 9/8/2020. At time of purchase, Skygeek does not tell you it will be weeks before you will receive your merchandise. As of 9/23 still have not received product that I was CHARGED for in advance. No way to communicate with this company other than email. Skygeek reply is could be up to 3 days to reply...wow. Website tells me that product will ship on 9/15 but does not list tracking number. I do not believe it has shipped, nor has there been an update to tell me otherwise and you cannot talk with anyone to even know. I needed this product now, not weeks later. I gave Skygeek a chance but see no reason why to purchase from them again. Horrible experience compared to just about any other online retailer I have purchased from.

Great price for item ordered

Great price for item ordered. I use this item for work everyday. Delivery took a long time, however in their defense giving them the benefit of the doubt It was ordered halfway through the start of the pandemic and country shut down and it’s a disinfectant item so I’m contributing the slow delivery time to that. I also can’t remember if it was in stock or not at the time I placed the order. Most companies were out of any disinfectant supplies. I made another order for the same item so i’ll see if this order arrives faster.

Buyer Beware

Buyer Beware! One would do better buying products at the flea market versus SkyGeek. Purchased 20 tubes of silicone caulk: the product was either defective or in someway outdated—4 of 20 tubes would not cure after seven days. Refund process was unduly long and cumbersome.
