Delays in shipping, delays in transit
The item I ordered had a delay - but as far as I know, I was not made aware of any delay until the purchase transaction had already been made. Fine, but when the item did finally ship (later than projected, of course), it was sent via the post office, which of course, added further delay. I was willing to wait a week; maybe two for the item. Not a month or more. Very dissatisfied. I needed this tool on time.
How not to help a customer...
After ordering my parts, I was sent my order confirmation, with pending shipping time, as the item was "in stock". My ship day came and went, no further information and no tracking. After two weeks I called your customer service center to cancel my order. She informed me that the item was going to ship "soon" and I could return my product after I got it (less the 10% restocking fee). I told her I was cancelling, there was no tracking number created, and to CANCEL the order. She argued and was not helpful in creating a good customer experience. I do not think I will be using your service again. The last two times I have ordered, the part is "in stock" but takes very long to be shipped or is not really in stock. I have plenty of other vendors who will and can inform me if the item is being drop-shipped from another location and an expected wait time, BEFORE ordering. Good luck with your current business model.
Unacceptable
OMG, these are scam artists! Don't shop there. My order is 3 month late and I'm having issues with getting a refund/ replacement. The woman on the phone is downright incompetent. They want you to cancel the existing order so you place it again at a higher price and pay shipping again ($16.99). They should not be in business. If you have problems with them, report them to your credit card and BBB.
Not impressed.
I have not received the item I purchased from you. After a couple weeks of waiting, i am not impressed! Every time I call, there is a wait to speak with anyone, how sad. This has not been a good experience for a first time customer of your business. Contact me for order number.
Order was not filled completely
Order was not filled completely. I called Tuesday and was left on hold for fifteen minutes before I could leave a message. Have not received a return call.
EZ Ratchet Pipe Cutter
This is a great ratchet pipe cutter. I had one so long it fell apart, couldn't find another like it. Just browsing at SkyGeek and found it. Arrived quickly!
Terrible service
Terrible service. Ordered a part I needed overnight and paid for overnight shipping, then was notified by email that night the order would not ship for 5 days. I tried to cancel the order but was told it was too late to cancel. 6 days later the item shipped. Will never order from SkyGeek again.
My order was only partially filled
My order was only partially filled. No explanation of why it was incomplete... Kind of hard to replace both cleveland brake pad liners w/only 3 pads (yes I need/ordered 4), no rivets or rivet installation tool???

It was nice to find the gloves I like again, after the start of Covid, at a semi-reasonable price. Shipping time was reasonable and I’m happy with my purchase.
The products were very good, but late
The products were very good; however, I paid extra to get it delivered in 3 days. It took three days just for them to fill the order and ship. The 3 day shipping turned into 10 because the shipping was 3 business days, which if had been shipped the day after ordering would have arrived within 4 or 5 days.
