I place an order # 573506 on 1/26/2021…

I place an order # 573506 on 1/26/2021 for SKU 0515-700XXIKG22K PPG Aerospace Super Koropon 515-700 Green DMS Type I Comp A Spec Fluid Resistant interior Epoxy Primer Gallon kit. The order delivered on 2/4/2021 many days delayed. This order items were shipped by FedEx to Taiwan by Skygeek. I paid the shipping cost $1038.07. But, the order items were not the right one (515-700/910-704) but a wrong one SKU 0515K011XXIG22K (515K011/910-012). Skygeek totally made mistake. It is a two different products. Shipping department make such a terrible mistake, it is unacceptable. Now I have to take care to make correction by contact Skygeek complicate return procedures to return products from oversea country. Can I trust Skygeek again? Please answer me!!!

great customer service

I ordered an aircraft timer. When it arrived it was apparent that it was defective. I contacted customer service regarding the problem. They quickly replaced the defective item. I was impressed with the quick resolution to the problem.

Shipment took too long...

Items took almost 2 weeks to be delivered. Notwithstanding the inefficiencies of USPS these days, the delivery could have been quicker particularly given the sizable "shipping" fee for only two small siphon valves. Disappointing.

Backordered item delays shipment on entire order

Some materials were backordered. A week after my order, I received an email saying the entire order was to ship the following day. One week after this I follow up as I had not received my order. Apparently two items were still backordered and the rest of the order was still waiting on these parts which could be weeks out. Two weeks after my order, nothing had shipped! A phone call resolved it and the in-stock parts shipped. Almost three weeks to receive parts that were in stock when I ordered. This is a little frustrating and is not communicated clearly on the web site. Advice: do not order online but call and talk to a representative.

Terrible Customer Service

The part I ordered ended up being on back order but it did not say that on the website. I’ve been grounded for two weeks waiting on simple engine mounts. When I contact SkyGeeks and asked them to ship them overnight once the parts came in I was told no. Still grounded and don’t have my parts. I will never buy from them again.

Customer service is subpar

Customer service is subpar. When I finally got a response via email to my question about a part they had listed, it didn't answer my question, which I thought very clear initially...so after days of awaiting that response, I responded back saying that they didn't answer my question and they responded they weren't technicians... All I was asking them do was verify the part number to the description...their part number and description didn't match the vendors...simple stuff, but since they aren't "technicians", apparently it's just too hard. I'll order from Wix or Wag Aero.

I wasn’t shown at time of purchase, but lead time ended up being 56 calendar days. Wouldn’t have bought it if we knew that at the time.
