I love ordering from SkyGeek but.....

I love ordering from SkyGeek, I really do. The online ordering process is sooooo easy and you usually always have everything I need. However, I always order manufacturing certs and pay $15.00 fee but they NEVER come with the order. I have to email the company and request them, provide all the order information you should already have, and then wait for the certs to be emailed. I can't begin to use the product with out the certs and I usually have to wait a couple of days to get them, meanwhile, I have parts waiting to be assembled and no usable product. Please - Please - Please include the certs with your packaging....every time they are ordered.

What you must have to do aircraft cables and turnbuckles

I ordered two cable turnbuckle chains and a turnbuckle tool. They were exactly what I wanted they’re made of quality materials and worked perfectly on S92 cables. Shipping was extremely fast packaging was excellent and the price was very competitive.You get what you pay for and this is complete quality.

Mixed review

Ordering experience was good, but the search engine on the site wasn’t 100%. I searched the item by aircraft type which brought up one result, but I knew you had other options. I racked down the part number and then found what I wanted. I understand the shipping issues, but the response was misleading. First I was allowed to pay for guaranteed next day shipping, that was not available, this was later refunded...thank you. Second the confirmation said ‘ready to ship in 11 days’, but it took over a month. This wasn’t because of UPS, it took over a month for you to get the items together and give them to UPS for shipping to the UK. Ordered on December 12th, still don’t have them!

Horrible

Horrible. Sent the wrong part number. Called and emailed for two weeks now and no one contacts us. This is $800 in parts. Next step is to contact law enforcement. Update: Did not receive any reply from staff as indicated. Phone number was left with the voice message. I'd leave the email but this site wont allow. Update: Another day and no contact about the incorrect parts. Just a brutal site!!

I never received my 2 boxes of gloves, I was sent an email saying my gloves wont be shipped until July 14, 2021.

Ordered the part for overnight delivery and item didn't ship until a week later , called everyday and never received a straight forward answer wish this was the first time it had happen but its not

40 days is a long time.

Hello, I ordered Sprayon® CD™880 General-Purpose Cleaner - 538 Gram (19 oz) Aerosol Can S00880 on 1-5-2021. The message I got back in my email was: Status: Can ship 5 in approximately 40 business day(s). Expected Ship Date: 03/04/2021 That's a long time!! I went to another vendor and got it 3 days after I sent in the order. Not sure why it's going to be 40 days before I get this order, but it seems a bit excessive, but the other vendor sent 3 cans and I can use this order if it is actually shipped as promised. Thanks! J

This time it went wrong

This time it went wrong. Ordered parts and they were not showing backordered. Place order 1/5/21, Followed up on 1/20/21 on status. Was told they were backordered and it would be 2-3 weeks. Rep asked if I wanted to cancel, I replied I would 1/20/21, no response. I requested to cancel again 1/21/21 and for confirmation of it, again no response. Sunday I get an email stating material has shipped. What? How? Why? Paid for certifications, did not come in the box. Rep asked me for info on the packaging so she could get me the certs? Why am I doing her job, you should have that record. This is the first time an order has gone really wrong with bad communication. Hopefully this is an anomaly.
