Avoid at all cost!

Avoid at all cost! Ordered a (relatively expensive, for what it is) Part. According to the page it's on stock. Money gone, no delivery. Multiple tickets - no reaction. Missed a maintenance date (add-on costs, sure). Aircraft unserviceable due to this crap. Never again.

Sky Geek bad business practice

I placed an order and the web site said in stock, so I ordered it and immediately called them to confirm they actually had it in stock. They said one of the items was not actually in stock and had a 40 day lead time. I canceled the order right then and there on the phone not more than a couple of minutes after placing the online order. And found another vendor that actually had it. I get my credit card and it shows me being charged for the part of the order Sky Geek had in stock. over $1000, They would not refund my purchase because they have a policy about certain items not being cancelable, even though not 10 minutes had elapsed after placing the order. Order number was 214008.

Placed an order in July it's now…

Placed an order in July it's now December. I keep getting told it's on back order but shipping in September, once September gets there I check and they tell me it should ship on the 12th, then after the 12th they tell me Oct. and it repeats. Only communication is after I sit on hold for 5 min. to talk to someone and them give me bad info.

Order cancelled after 3 weeks

Placed my order three weeks ago. Then suddenly it was cancelled. The company offered no apologies for the delay or inconvenience.

Get to know your product

If you sell a product you should know what your selling! How can you be productive in sales if you don't know the basic information on the product you list on your website. The immediate respose from your company is "BANG, not interested in attempting to help you with your query" why would anyone contact this company? Terrible Sales ethics. Extremely POOR Service !

Assault and battery

Purchased gill g35 battery and can of paint. After 2 weeks order still said processing. Called and they said error on there part, order will ship in 2 days. A week later still processing. Now says battery 2 weeks out. Very hesitant to cancel order.

Protesting Charges to Credit Card Company

I ordered the belt, and before it shipped, my mechanic called to say he didn't need it. I called customer service and asked to cancel. CSR said "no problem" if it has already shipped, call us for a RMA. Two messages to CS without a reply and held on phone for over 40 minutes and no answer. Calling credit card company this week to get my money back. Skygeek is an unmitigated disaster on this one.

I purchased some paint (a little pricey but that is Aerospace) i paid to ship same day and send NDA. I did not receive my product till 2 day later tried to contact SkyGeek to talk about and received NO Response from SkyGeek as if they dont care!! Randy
